Meet Performer Judy Pancoast

A Grammy-nominated children’s musician celebrating 30 years in children’s music, Judy has delighted generations of families with her clever, original songs and high-energy performances. Throughout her remarkable career, she has performed twice at the request of a U.S. President, collaborated with children in an AIDS orphanage in Kenya to write original music, and traveled across the country performing Christmas songs for families who feature her music in their holiday light shows.

Judy is also the creator of the middle school musical Girl on the Moon, written after she noticed there weren’t enough strong roles for girls in school theatre productions. Today, the show is performed by schools and community theater groups nationwide.

Born and raised in Maine and now based in southern Connecticut, Judy brings warmth, heart, and a deep commitment to empowering children through music. Her performance at Earthfest 2026 will be a joyful, family-friendly celebration that reflects the spirit of community, creativity, and care for our planet.
